Shipping policy

Local Pickup

• Pickup is available Mon-Sat, 9am - 6pm (EST). You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready for pickup. Call or text to arrange for curbside pickup.

Delivery

• Delivery is available if you're within the delivery zone. Deliveries are made between 9am - 6pm (EST), Mon-Sat. Orders must be made before 1pm for same day delivery. 
• $3.00 flat fee for all deliveries within the delivery zone
• for contactless transaction please complete order online with the payable options available
• for orders outside the delivery zone, items will be shipped same day if order is made before 1pm (EST) through Canada Post

Shipping

• Free standard shipping on orders made over $50
• Shipping will be calculated through your cart when you checkout
• orders are generally shipped in 1-2 business days (Mon-Friday)
• Canada Post's delivery standard is 2-7 business days (delays may occur due to Covid-19, Weather, & during holidays, especially Christmas)
